Footbrace

Footbrace
Paddling is more efficient and comfortable if you have a footbrace. A center brace is standard on composite solo canoes, and a stern footbrace is standard on composite tandem hulls 17'6" or longer. (See individual canoes to clarify whether a footbrace is standard.)

Our newly redesigned footbrace is easy to use. Adjustments are made by a simple turn of the knob. No more fumbling with thumbscrews and wing nuts. The crossbar has unlimited adjustability to fit your legs perfectly and slides smoothly into place for quick fine-tuning.

If a footbrace is not standard and you want one installed at the factory, the price and weight are:

Silver Aluminum: $27.95 Black Aluminum: $29.95
